The Pirate-Themed Beer Invasion
Hanging out with my Lykeio classmates Nikos and Elena while we get ready for tomorrow night at Warehouse Limassol on Friday, September 4, 2026, kicking off at 18:00, I was just thinking about how much we’ve grown up since our wild college pub crawls.

Tomorrow is shaping up to be way cooler than your average tasting event because of the fun pirate theme, with ROCK FM blasting great rock tunes and plenty of people getting their costumes ready. Moving everything inside is going to save us from the sticky September heat while we check out the lively crowd. Seeing how far our local beer scene has come over the years makes this festival feel really special.
Over 25 Taps of Independent Magic
With more than 25 taps going strong, we are ready to try out amazing brews from local favorites like GOLEM Brewhouse and their secret new pour, Crossline Brewery with their fresh IPA, and Radical Way showing off a brand new NEIPA. We’ll also grab pours from newcomer Miliou Brewery making their Limassol debut, EVIVA, and OCTOPUS Brewery with their tasty chili sour raspberry. Budapest’s Mad Scientist is crushing it as our guest European brewery, pouring wild stuff like their aged sour Funk Vault. Chatting with the folks behind the bars makes it clear this isn’t just a beer fest, but a fun look at the modern Limassol scene.

Burgers, Jerky, and Smart Tokens
Between grabbing gourmet burgers from Hungry Angry and some tasty jerky from GiraBio, we’ll probably laugh about how our weekend plans changed from wild late nights to actually enjoying good food pairings. The new token system makes trying everything super easy: just a €5 entry for the glass, then €6 for a full pour or €3 for a half size so we can taste tons of different beers safely. Clinking our half-glasses together under the lights tomorrow night, I realize that experiencing Limassol grow up alongside my best friends is pretty hard to beat.
